About me

I'm Michael Glover. I live in Phoenix with my family, and most days I'm working on quality systems and operations for manufacturers, family companies, nonprofits and a few law practices.

Before any of that, I spent two and a half years as a volunteer in the San Francisco Bay Area. I worked with people from every kind of background, in three languages. It's still how I'd rather learn a business, sitting with the people who do the work.

A lot of my time now goes to manufacturing quality, things like ISO 9001, AS9100, document control and corrective action. I like automating the repetitive parts so a shop isn't counting on two people to remember everything.

I founded the Paramount family of companies. They range from an AI company to a public charity to a machine shop in Mesa, and you can see all of them on the Companies page. I also wrote a book, The Pillars of Preserving Family Wealth, about how families keep what they've built past the next generation.
